Color Matching:

Colors viewed on your computer monitor may never exactly match the actual prints. All images on our site are provided by the publishers. Returns due to inaccurate color are subject to our standard return policy.

Copyrights:

For copyright information of a particular image, you must contact the publisher, artist or artist's agent.

Duplicate Images:

Duplicate prints may appear on our site due to multiple publishers for an artist.

Gift Certificates:

To redeem a gift certificate, select an item and email the item description and gift certificate information to info@plainwalls.com. A representative will contact you with shipping and payment or credit information.

We ship worldwide. The shopping cart will calculate the shipping charge including all taxes, tariffs and duties.

Customer phone numbers are for the use of a major carrier such as Fedex, DHL or UPS only in the event of a delivery problem. PlainWalls.com uses customer email addresses for order inquiries or PlainWalls.com business only. Credit card payments are securely processed through Authorize.net.

Returns:

PlainWalls.com customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items in the original shipping containers. Packages must ship insured via a carrier such as DHL, FedEx or UPS at the customer's expense. Refunds for the item(s) purchase price will be credited promptly upon receipt of merchandise in new condition. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For exchanges or reframing, customers must note the desired exchange items or frame selections. Prior to exchanging or returning an item, please contact info@plainwalls.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is charged only for deliveries within Pennsylvania.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. Shipping charges are based on the order total and destination.

Shipping Damage:

If an item arrives damaged, email info@PlainWalls.com describing the damage to the carton and contents. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement as soon as possible.

Shipping Time:

All orders ship via a major carrier such as Fedex, DHL or UPS. Shipping options are:

1) Ground service with regular order processing. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

2) Ground or air service with priority order processing. Allow 10-14 days for delivery.

We do not ship to PO boxes within the USA, APO or FPO addresses.
